Responding to the firm鈥檚 vision of being future-focused, flexible and collaborative the renovation of 黄瓜社区鈥檚 Des Moines-based office fosters an environment that engages and supports creative problem-solving. 黄瓜社区鈥檚 design incorporates a variety of spaces for both group work and individual focus.

The building鈥檚 courtyard and a 鈥減urposefully tech-free鈥� lounge area were transitioned into spaces for employees seeking respite or a spot to unplug. To encourage a sense of well-being, biophilic elements are woven into the design from nature scapes displayed on a technology wall, to the daylight that fills the enclosed courtyard.
