Lakeside Lofts
The first of its kind in the state, Immanuel's Lakeside Lofts in Omaha, Nebraska is a high-end community for tenants aged 55 and up. Our design establishes a new model for senior living, adopting a "hybrid home" approach that allows elder residents to maintain an active, independent lifestyle.
Built over an enclosed, controlled-access garage, each floor of this three-story building houses only six open-concept apartments, an arrangement that fosters deeper connections between residents and provides a greater sense of security. Every apartment is designed to maximize views to the adjacent lake, creating strong indoor/outdoor connections and incorporating natural daylight throughout. Easy access to enhanced commons and wellness spaces further encourages engagement and physical activity, and reinforces the community as uniquely designed for active adults.
