Southlake Village is a new skilled nursing facility that will be located on 11.5 acres of suburban property and contains 120 beds. this project will be developed into three residential "Neighborhoods", each consisting of two "Households". Each "Household" contains its own living, dining, and activity spaces. The three "Neighborhoods" will be connected together by a "Village Main Street" with a Village Salon, a Chapel, a Town Hall, a cafe and other amenities.
